The Charlotte Hornets have several different starting lineup options. Due to a loaded roster and a logjam in the back-court and wing it's likely they stagger players sitting out each game to enable people to get more minutes at their preferred position. However, I have predicted a rotation in the likelihood that all players are available:

Questions That Crossed My Mind

- Sneed and Simmons are both experienced Swarm players, could the team priortise experience over youth in the rotation. Bailey and Black would be the likely victims.

- Will Charlotte experiment with Bouknight at Point Guard? It didn't go  well in the 2021 Summer League, but it would allow McGowens to play SG and Miller to slide to PF. I sided with them prioritising the more natural point guard in Amari Bailey

- Could Nick Smith Jr start at Point Guard? I view Smith Jr as more of a shooting guard, I think throwing him in as the lead ball handler on day one could be too much too soon.

- Could Miller end up playing power forward to help make more playing time for Bouknight and McGowens? This doesn't chime with Kupchak's comments, moving Miller out of his natural position seems less than ideal but normally returning players are prioritised.
