CINCINNATI — Bengals defensive end Sam Hubbard is arguably the league's best edge player against the run and he has the track record to back it up.
Hubbard sports the NFL's best run-stop win rate by an edge defender since 2017, over names like Jadeveon Clowney and Maxx Crosby. Hubbard leads ESPN's metric, which looks at how quickly defenders beat run blocks in 2.5 seconds or less.
Hubbard's posted 299 tackles and 30.5 sacks since entering the league in 2018.
